1. Membership Fees
All membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated or used. Fees are payable in advance and are subject to the applicable terms of service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Shubha Kalyana Matrimony Services Private Limited (“Shubhakalyana.com”) provides refunds and handles cancellations for its online matrimonial and matchmaking services offered through its website and mobile application.
2. Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel or deactivate their membership at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund for the unused subscription period.
3. Duplicate Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate payment for the same membership, Shubhakalyana.com will verify the transaction. Upon successful verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
4. Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated due to Technical Issues
If payment has been deducted but the purchased membership has not been activated due to a technical issue, Shubha Kalyana will resolve the issue and activate the service.
5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments
If a payment is believed to have been made without authorization, members must notify Shubha Kalyana immediately. The Company will investigate the transaction and take appropriate remedial action.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, misuse, or provision of false information, the membership fee will not be refunded.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
9. Refund Request Procedure
For refund-related queries, members must contact Shubha Kalyana Matrimony Services Private Limited at support@shubhakalyana.com or +91 80 1234 5678. Members must provide their registered mobile number, email address, transaction ID, and reason for requesting the refund.
10. Amendments to Policy
Shubha Kalyana reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on the Company's website without any prior notice.
